The incipient tourist industry, based on the climate’s softness and on the urban beauty of the place that maintains interesting buildings, still does not have the necessary infrastructure, although it features ample possibilities for developing an excellent rural tourism.
Gastronomically, barnacles, clams and fish, are the greatest attractions.

A visit to the Palace of the Marquee of Adeje is highly recommended. It is a building of Canary architecture from the XVII century, notable for its balconies and grated windows.
